Steps for Setting Up Automatic Carriage Return (auto enter/tab) on Zebra WT6000
- Open App drawer and select “DataWdege”
- In DataWedge, select your default profile (usually Profile0)
- Scroll down to the Keystroke output section, and select “Basic data formatting.”
- At the bottom of Basic data formatting, select “Send ENTER key” for auto enter or select "Send TAB key" for auto tab.
Your WT6000 will now automatically do a carriage return after each scan.
** If both TAB and ENTER are selected, then TAB will be sent first, followed by ENTER. **
